As per found in the different ED books. The range of it is Rank x 4 yards/2 hexes (ED3) and Rank x 20 yards (ED1, ED2, EDC).
If the Spellcasting is successful, the Horror rolls its Skin Shift Step for damage once per round for the next three rounds. Mystic Armor protects against this damage. In addition to the damage, the target suffers one Wound per Success Level against the target's Wound Threshold.
Designer's Note: This version of Skin Shift doesn't inflict automatic Wounds, but instead the character's Wound Threshold determines their vulnerability to it. This can be used as a unique version that certain Horrors have, or as a replacement for the power in general.
